You should NEVER face your bioaerosol sampler inlet toward the flow of air if measuring concentration – you overestimate concentration unless you put the inlet perpendicular to the air flow. Face it to the flow for presence/absence but not for concentration measurement. How does the speaker/ mould inspector respond to this statement?
